MasBattery Publisher: Terms of Service

1. Who we are
MasBattery Publisher is a tool run by MasBattery, a brand of Exlora Group Ltd, operated by VISPROMASK, S.L. (NIF B42707752), Calle Antonino Vera 57, 4º D, 03600 Elda, Alicante, Spain. Contact: hello@masbattery.com.
2. What the tool does
The tool lets an authorized member of the MasBattery team connect the MasBattery TikTok account and publish MasBattery's own videos to it, with the caption, privacy setting, interaction settings and disclosures the user chooses before each post.
3. Who may use it
Access is for the MasBattery team, posting MasBattery content to accounts MasBattery owns. You must be allowed to use TikTok under TikTok's own terms.
4. Your content and TikTok's rules
You are responsible for what you post. Content must follow TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation and, where it applies, Branded Content Policy. Nothing is posted until you press Post.
5. Access to your TikTok account
The tool only uses the permissions you approve on TikTok: basic profile information, uploading videos and publishing videos. You can remove access at any time in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy, Security, Apps and services, or by logging out of the tool.
6. No warranty
The tool is provided as is. TikTok may change, limit or stop its API at any time, and posting may fail or be delayed as a result.
7. Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
